    Is this the rant and rave thread? I got lost on the way in.

    'cause I found out that my bonus is 2x what I thought it would be (merit increase), I got a raise even though I've only been there 3 months, and the catalytic converter that just crapped out on my car will be replaced for the cost of shipping thanks to the miracle of networking and having a friend in "teh biz" so-to-speak.

    Fuck me I'm tired today. I tried to sleep for the hour I was home before my alarm went off, cue the worst hour of tossing and turning and sleeping for 10 minute increments ever. I should have just stayed up.

    I do believe I will be sneaking out of work early today to get a nap in before I go to job number 2.

    The snow is over four feet deep on my front yard. I will get a picture of it later when I can feel the lower half of my body again. Every business is closed and sending people home. Buses, cabs, schools, CLOSED. Two days of snow and we've had more than our entire winter last year. Goota love the FUCKING lake effect. We're expecting another foot and a half.

    No worries, I still have weed.

    My first day of university exams at Western was snowed out. That night, we went out to the hill on campus and went tobogganing on whatever we could get our hands on: cafeteria trays, pizza boxes, etc. It was the most amount of sober fun human beings could have.

    EDIT: For those not playing along, Western is the university in Crown Royal's town.

    I just bought a longboard!!! It's for my sister for Christmas, but she won't get it until Christmas, which means I get to use it!! I might just have to buy one for myself if I am as awesome on it as I think I am.

    Last time I rode one, I wiped out into the grass going down a hill. Then I got back on and wiped out onto the street. My skateboarding career came to a halt after that second one....until now!!!
