    You know, I've heard the name Justin Bieber before, and I've seen people make fun of him and everything, but never once in my life had I ever heard something he sang. I don't know, I guess I just don't "I WANT MY M-T-VVVVVV" anymore, and I'm not a pre-pubescent little girl, so I'm not in a position to come across stuff like that.

    Until yesterday. I was watching TV with The Wife, I don't remember what show it was, but The Wife started singing the "Baby Ooohh" song they had on the show. I asked her if that was HEEEENIIIFER LOOOPEEEEEHZZZ singing since that's her favorite person in the world, and she punched me and yelled at me that it was Justin Bieber.

    Huh. Well I'll be damned. I guess I've heard Justin Bieber now. No real point to that story, other than the fact that I'm apparently completely out of touch with today's generation, and that I'm now really sad because all kids are apparently idiots. They always have been, my time as a kind included, but Jesus, I was more happy in my ignorance. At least I still haven't heard a Lady Gaga song (Holy shit, you think someone didn't get enough attention growing up just a little bit?).

    But other than that, I'm getting drunk on Sake and red wine tonight as I cook a bunch of asian-style tuna to celebrate my brand new AC unit at my house(Fuck you, money! I didn't like you anyway!) as well as the new SUV I bought The Wife (suck it, Earth!).

    So all that remains now is.... WHO'S COMIN' WITH ME?!

    Glorious timing, I was just being saddened by the lack of a drunk thread! What time is it over there in the rest of the world? Is it Friday for you guys yet?

    I consider Soulja Boy along the same lines, except more of a joke. Despite that, I was part of the organizing committee for concerts at my college a few years ago and we decided to book him (fuck you, he was getting really popular at the time). It was still a decent show, and I was able to park myself between the barricades and the stage and get a bunch of great pictures. All I can really say though, is that dude needs a cheeseburger - BAD. You'll see why when I put a few pictures up after work.

    Best thing about the UK? Drinking culture. Its completely acceptable to go to lunch, get pissed (thats drunk) and then come back to work. I do sometimes really love this country. I'm going to go do this at lunch in about 20 minutes.

    I'm meeting my college roommate for lunch tomorrow to revisit fond memories of me holding her hair back with a bucket under her face at the edge of the bed, and staying up most of the night to make sure she didn't choke on her own vomit.
