Then tomorrow, my friend, who went to Cuba with me, is having a house warming party is his massive mansion of a palace; well, it seems like a mansion to me, seeing as I live in a 12 by 10 box of a room. Housewarming means much Rum Punch!
Re: Weekend Drunk Thread [3-23-10] And so it begins.. My weekend started yesterday when I raided Wachusett brewery for ALL their Summer Ale (exaggeration). Summer Ale is a cruel mistress. The perfect nectar to turn a warm spring day into memories of hot summer days. However it fucks me up like no other the next day. Bruins + Celtics + Red Sox + Lots of Pats picks tonight = guaranteed drunken hijinks and channel surfing. This is going to be a sloppy night.

Started at the bar across the street last night with about 5 pitchers and a few shots of jack between me and my buddy before others joined us. Today, my buddy from TX got here and we're going to the beach, then to a FUCKING MULLET TOSS tonight. For those of you who don't know, a mullet is a fish. Fish throwing and booze will make for a stellar time. Gotta love the south. Plus I might see Bluedog there if I'm lucky. No idea what Saturday will hold, probably some more beach, more booze, and more stupidity. My life is hard right now waiting around to actually do something. If I don't make it through these next few days, I love you all.

It's 6 four locos, a bottle of platinum, and a gallon and a half of tampico. It got us right wrecked last time so it should do the trick again tonight. Tomorrow, Pullman for Springfest. Ying Yang Twins, who I didn't even know still put on concerts, are headlining. This should be a pretty eventful weekend.

Even better, I got my paycheck today, and noticed that there was the equivalent of 4 hours of pay under "meal award" I asked about it and apparently in California if you work over 5.5 hours you have to get a meal, unless you waive that right, which we all do here. However any time over 6 hours means that you have to get a meal award, which is 1 hour of pay. Well, my work hours are 8-6-8-6-8. So I have never taken a lunch on 6 hour days since I started working here. 2 6 hour days a week on average means a nice retroactive payment. I know they will fight it, but they have to comply with the law. Here comes a sweet payday.
