    No kidding. I'm just glad I didn't partake in any of the drugs or liquor at friends right before. Though I almost went to jail because the property taxes weren't paid on the SUV (supposed mistake). Sadly that ticket is more than the other one for failing to yield to traffic control device. (contesting that one)

    Did I mention it was a brand new SUV that was just detailed? Oh yah, T-bone at ~45+MPH. Thank you side curtain airbags.

    Edit2: first accident I was driving too. Nice cherry popping.

    Conflicting witness statements say yes and no. Unfortunately one girl wasn't reliable and was thrown out. So yah, it was on me. We'll see how it is if I can get the traffic camera footage which supposedly doesn't exist though.

    Either we both ran a red light or mine just turned green I'm pretty sure. Oh well. Shit happens.

    Edit: Just ran out of my emergency beer stash. This does not bode well.
