    October 4: Happy National Taco Day!
    We started celebrating early at my house. I think the whole month of September was taco month for us. We have a lot of good authentic Mexican food here, but our favorite place is a drive up street taco place with killer tacos and face melting "salsa" (taco hot sauce). We get racially profiled though. I'll say we REALLY like your red sauce. Give us red sauce! And for 3-4 plates of tacos (shut up, we love tacos) they'll throw in 2 small 1oz red sauces and about 6 green sauces. I have to practically beg them to get more than 2 to show up in the bag. Yes, we can take the heat. Give. It. To. Me.

    I'm currently running the food dehydrator in the shop drying out my peppers... that may not have been a good idea either as it's a bit... riot police-ish in there now.
