Nothing worse than getting a new phone and realizing your recent backup on your computer failed.

Trying to remember/recover some of the old passwords so I can get everything working again, TiB being one of them. This might finally be the motivation I need to get some kind of password organizer.

    Y'all have any recommendations?

I dare anyone to shoot a gun made completely of plastic from a 3D printer and not lose their whole hand.

Depends... calibre? Round to be fired at what speed?

It's very doable... maybe won't want to run a case through it, but I bet a sub-sonic .22 or 10 would work just fine.

.50 Desert Eagle? Not a fucking chance.

I think the idea is to use those 3D printers to make the molds in which you pour more sturdy materials.

As it is, you can already legally make a “80%” firearm with a simple rotary tool, a drill, and a few hundred bucks for a metal blank. All this 3D printing stuff is doing, is taking that concept and welcoming it to 2018.

Those who are too stupid to be trusted with firearms, are gonna fuck up the 3D printing and assembly process and Darwin themselves out long before it gets to the point of that 3D printed thing being an actual gun.

I woke up to this video

I laughed for 5 solid minutes while on the toilet.

His logic is flawless and I do agree. I was fully expecting someone to yell and interrupt him, though.

Jesus does that guy need to get laid. The reactions of the mustachioed man behind him are priceless. The theory seems to be that he lost a bet because he reads his statement as if he’s never seen it before.

I buy that theory. He stumbles over the words and is hesitant to say certain things like ass, handjob.... though the miming of a hand job motion while he was speaking seemed authentic.

Now if we can just get a politician to adopt the slogan he used "If someone wants to yank a guy's crank, I say let 'em."

One of my buddies pushed off getting married and having kids as long as his fiance would let him. So now he's turning 40 and has a toddler girl who gives him about 5 hours of sleep at night if he's lucky.

And he just found out his wife is pregnant with twin girls. He'll be well into his 50s when they're just entering their teenage years. The elder daughter will still be in pull ups at night while the twins are in diapers. The financial expense gives me anxiety just thinking about it.

I'm not sure he's stopped crying since he found out.

Question for those of you that are experienced hires at jobs. Do you ever negotiate days off? I currently get 25 days off. I’m interviewing at a place that starts me with 15. Is it ok to ask for more time off in negotiations? I’ve worked for the same firm for 10 years. I have no idea how this works.

Personally Ive never asked for additional time off before I’ve been hired. Up here starting with 15 days off is lucky. Most people have only 10 for their first three to five years on the job.

I think it depends on how much they need your particular skill. My son just started a new job and asked for a specific day off so he could go to a concert that he had planed before getting hired. I think that is about the most he could ask for since it is his second real job and one not requiring any expertise. I think you have had other friends who have negotiated four and five weeks vacation into their new job as that was what they were giving up at their old jobs. I think that with your expertise in your field it would not be adverse to at least ask about it.

Absolutely... I ask for a higher salary, and then if they say no, then I say "how about extra days off instead"?

For some reason companies are much more willing to give time off rather than increase your salary, at least in my experience.
