    Apparently on that weird calendar website, today is national misting day, celebrating the invention of misters in grocery stores that allow for a less labor intensive way to keep produce fresh and allowing for, along with truck refrigeration, expansion of produce variety.

    Just put a big brisket on the Egg for the night... cannot wait.

    It's a pretty big one, so it should take 12-14 hours or so.

    I'm trying out my new "Egg Genius" remote control that basically controls the fan thereby the temp of the Egg, so it should keep temps at the exact right value all night without me worrying about it.

    It's supposed to rain all night, so we'll see how it goes.
