If you want your mind to really be blown, look at the calorie content in some of the salads at chain restaurants. People think they're eating healthy, and a friggin Whopper meal with a Diet Coke at Burger King would be less calories.

Heads up, the Kershaw Leek (pocket knife) is on sale for about 20-50% off give or take for the blade steel (on the lower end they're normally around $50, so $32ish with sale). It's my favorite knife right now, awesomely useful blade shape, comes razor sharp right out of the box. Really hits the sweet spot as far as a nice knife to give as a gift (to another or to yourself) that's still not so expensive as to where you're afraid to use it, but it's well-made to the point where it's definitely on the upper-end.
