    I watched them up till the last one. I can only suspend disbelief for so long(launching a car into space) and they brought the character back. Just dont care anymore.

    I havent seen the last one and keep hearing about the scene you mentioned. I mean after the bridge tank chase in the like the 5th one? Where Dominic jumps on the hood of his car to crash it into the center guard rail to catapult him to catch Letty in mid air I gave up on reality. In the best way. The whole satellite plot that ran through a few of them got pretty stale.

    Yea, just funny were my suspension of disbelief runs out. I loved that scene you mentions, but i saw the ad's for the last one and went, na too much for me now.

    The tank midair Superman save scene is EXACTLY the moment my eyes rolled clean out of the theatre and out of that franchise. That was ridiculous on a “Raising Arizona” level of screwball slapstick. I, along with half the theatre laughed themselves sick at that glorious moment.

    Renny Harlin on a budget couldn’t have done it better.

    I really like Rock'n'Rolla. The Gentleman is also a really fun movie my brothers wont stop watching. Dude honestly doesnt have much range but makes killer British Gangster movies.


    I really want to like these but they have plots thinner than the Fast movies, far less fun characters, and absurdities that havent crossed over into camp fun. The gun fight and action choreography are fun and all but have had diminishing returns since the first. Ill see it though still better than 98% of the shit out there today.
