    I have partaken in a shower beer this morning, and found it quite satisfactory. Now I'm enjoying an Irish coffee while I cook up some steak and eggs on this beautiful sunny morning. This is going to be a good day.

    Memorial Day weekend is synomonous with BBQ, and seeing how we're having 12 people or so over today, I had to wake up at 6 am to start the pork picnic in the smoker.

    Good BBQ takes sacrifice, and if that means waking up at ungodly hours to have it done in time, so be it.

    Plus there's something therapeutic about spending all day cooking one piece of meat for the sake of mouth-watering goodness.

    I passed out around 8PM last night and up around 5AM. I was supposed to go out with this chick last night, but I spent the majority of the day helping my friend and roommate move out to a cheaper place in MD. Too bad I don't have enough money to move, or I would have moved too. I feel guilty about standing the chick up, but she's been avoiding me for the last week and a half. She leaves to go to NY for the summer on Wednesday, so maybe I should have sacked up and just went to see her, but fuck that, I feel justified.

    Haha, Im not one to burst any bubbles but have you seen the friends yet? Cause my friend has a hot girlfriend but she hangs out with all 1's on a scale to 10. Not that looks always matter to all, as his roommates rule is "eliminate all standards" and he's fucked one of them.

    Turned out to be just the one friend, who is from out of town at that - she's a looker and a half. All my other roommates went to bed early and roommates GF decided she needed to wake the roommate up.

    Jealous. Im from New York but I went down to South Carolina for spring break and tried to find some good southern lovin. It was alot harder than I thought because everyone there was from the north for break, but im pretty sure I fell in love about three times when I actually did find some real classy southern girls.

    Agreed.Turned a day of indentured servitude into an outdoor workout, in both the Florida sun and torrential rain, and don't feel a shred of guilt cracking a few beers. Turned mulching into a farmer carry and keg toss over my car event with 50 bags of mulch. Really got into it ripping these bad boys out of the ground
