So, I've never done a fantasy football thing before... do you have to really follow football to have any shot at it or enjoy it?

You have to have some idea of who to start week to week, for me it gives me an extra reason to watch on Sunday's, I haven't watched a complete game in a few years, RedZone is key for fantasy watchers, no commercials and constant fantasy updates.

All of the sites that you use to control your team (I think these guys use ESPN?) have projections and injury reports. You could operate entirely off those and probably do fine.

For instance, if you're looking at a wide receiver, the site will have a breakdown of whether he's healthy, how many points he's scoring per game, how many points he's projected to score during the upcoming game, and a bunch of ancillary stats they used to come up with that figure, like a ranking of how good the opposing defense has been at defending wide receivers.

Rob, I'm in the varsity league. Looking forward to the competition. Are you in the Varsity league? Looking forward to the competition.
Ha. This is very funny Nettdata. It'd be good for you to get into the varsity league. There are a lot of resources to watch/read and get an understanding of what's going on. Binary touched on some of it. Watching the football itself might throw you off sometimes if you don't know the deep ins and outs.

Only five teams in the JV league.

It's only $25 bucks people. We need five more to fill the league.

Looks like the JV league still needs a few more teams.

Wait, which team is yours? I was looking at names and assumed you weren't in it. Mine is pretty obvious. Looking forward to taking your money.

Go back to the first post in the thread. The email listed there is the PayPal email. Send me an email and once the money hits paypal, I'll send you the link and the PW for the league.

It'll auto draft for you, sounds like he is changing it to a snake draft instead of an auction style.

You can go in and change the rankings of the players if you'd like.
