Where are the jean shorts and rampant homoeroticism? Season 5 is still great, it's like getting peanut butter out of shag carpeting.
Don't worry. Tom Jackson should have a late breaking story this weekend about how Cutler didn't high five a staffer after a particular effective bowel movement at Bears HQ and how he's thus a cancer. In related news, good to see Kristen Cavallari has still got it.
Re: Re: The League Season 5 Complete throw away of an episode, I watch for fantasy football humor and maybe some Rafi thrown in, he can't carry an episode by himself, clearly.
Honestly, what the fuck was that? Rafi and Dirty Randy are good in (very) small doses, but an entire episode? No, just no. I feel like they got Rogen for an entire episode and wanted to do something special with it.
If you watch the credits, this episode was written, at least in part, by Rogen. I honestly thought it wasn't as bad as everyone else makes it out to be, but do agree that it needed to be pared down some.
I literally just watched this series from the Pilot through this episode (I'd never seen this show before). Hands down, one of the best comedy series I've seen in a long time. That said, this episode was terrible. And I don't mean sub par, I mean really bad. So far, I've loved the rest of season five.
See, I wonder how much the overall story was written by Rogen, though. I'd bet the writing credit was because he improvised most of his own dialogue on set (and the guy who plays Rafi likely did the same), so they get writing credit.
Am I the only one who thought the strip club scene was hilarious, especially when they were talking about The Accused and the pinball machine? Other than that, it was a complete throw-away episode.
Well, they kinda made up for that shit show of an episode with mostly naked Katie Aselton and Nadine Velazquez. Holy shit, Aselton has some nice stems.
And what an ass on Katie. My God, I'm not an ass man, but that ass could make me rethink my whole outlook.
