    Unless this is some 2 Broke Girls, bootstraps style operation, I'm totally lost. What eatery that is a combo juice bar/creperie (also, a creperie?) doesn't cater to douchebags who expect high quality ingredients? I'm sure there are any number of co-op/CSA style fruits and veggies. The chocolate syrup goes against the quality of the rest of the ingredients.

    You are not a d-bag, obviously, but their profit margins are above zero because of people that are.

    There are hundreds of these places that have been popping up, and to me they fall into two levels - there are the super bougie ones that use local produce and what not, and then there are the ones where she works at that are almost at a fast-food-esque level. (Not like a KFC level of fast food, but like an Au Bon Pain level of fast food.) The first would be where that type of nitpicking would be acceptable (but no less annoying), the second would not.

    Well, I, for one, hope that they feel properly chagrined, even if it wasn't your intention.


    I broke one of my cardinal rules and drank during the day. And on daylight savings day. So, I expect to (hopefully) be asleep at about 9PM, and that means I'll be up around 5AM.
