BBQ is my passion and my signature dish is burnt ends. If you’ve never experienced such deliciousness imagine fresh, smoked beef jerky. It takes 18 hours but it’s worth every minute. Rub the whole brisket in yellow mustard beforehand and add coffee grounds to your rub. It’ll be the most savory bbq you ever had. Bbq anyone?
