I believe the Detroit narrative is that they less "gave up" Knight than they convinced the Bucks to take him. They're less than enthused with his play.

Jesus fucking Christ Like everyone else I knew Khan was shit but after reading this I really just want to slap him in the face for being this big of an idiot. He's on the verge of replacing Red McCombs as my least favorite Minnesota sports figure of all time, and that's saying something. I'm really trying hard to get back into the NBA. I've been a knicks fan for as long as I've liked basketball and even though they are remarkably better I just can't do it. I can't seem to get into the recent rosters. Call me crazy, but I'm not the biggest fan of Smith or Meta. I am pretty excited to see hardaway and shumpert play though.
I dont know what was funnier, the Heat going down to the worst team in the league, or the Lakers, undoubtedly high on optimism and arrogance in their fanbase after the Clippers game, getting prison raped by the Warriors. The best analogy i can think of for that game was playing 2v2 against your 12 year old cousin and his on an 8 foot hoop and just murdering them, all with glee.
Sigh. I love watching Rubio play, I really do, but he's now entering his 3rd season and he still can't shoot. All I can do at this point is hope it comes to him, somehow, and he can turn into Jason Kidd.
