Beat on the street is that he was insisting on full control of the roster. The new front office, including John Hollins, were not down with that. They wanted him back but he was being unreasonable. Sad, though. He got more out of that team than I think anyone else could have. I celebrated vicariously when he flexed nuts on Bayless.
