    I'm going to an art show tonight. Ha, we'll see how long that lasts. On the plus side I'm going to one of the best bar streets in America shortly after. A lot of the places around there are supposed to be haunted so it fits well with Halloween coming up. Should be fun.

    I bought the cheapest bottle of merlot at wal greens ($2.99), a bag of gummy worms, and a bag of 100 grands. Today was fine until I had my talk with my teacher after lab this afternoon. Giving Abu away is going to be like getting a fucking divorce. He's been in my life for 12 years.

    I am moving to Hawaii. It's hard enough to get a dog or cat in there. They make you quarantine the damned things for a long fucking time. I highly doubt I would be able to get Abu onto the island. How do you even ship a flying squirrel?

    I found him the perfect family. My teacher's wife works at a state funded park/educational thingy for the general public. It's a small establishment and there are a few other animals there. The two of them have raised a skunk and a possum together, and the skunk is a pet that she takes to work with her and plays with their dogs and shit. It's the most perfect thing I could hope for but it still breaks my heart.

    My teacher is cool as shit. They have experience with "wild" type animals and that is important. I explained that Abu is old and arthritic and he was cool about it. It is retarded perfect but it just kills me that I am going to physcailly be giving him away. I will require monthly updates, of course. Fuck.

    We discussed this in my feminism class. If I recall correctly, black feminist separatists especially took issue with the SlutWalk stating that it was a typical "white response."
