    I'll be in Las Vegas on New Year's Eve. I'm going to figure out a way to post pictures of the mayhem from my phone to here in a timely manner.

    Is anyone else doing the Vegas thing too, or have you done it before and want to impart some advice on the Vegas-virgin that is me? We'll be in the city for two days beforehand too to do the more standard shit like get drunk as fuck and gamble away all our money, so if there's anything at all we need to do, let me know.

    Tis the season to poison myself with booze while bringing countless quantities of customers out for "holiday drinks". It's rather ridiculous.

    My alcohol tolerance is completely shot too. I've drastically reduced my intake over the last 6 months so the marathon booze days are going to be tough. Or... maybe I won't even participate. I'll order a Tab or seltzer or something.

    Finishing up my first semester of grad school, and it's RIDICULOUS. I didn't have that much going on during the semester, but I all of the sudden (well, that's a lie) have 50+ pages of papers dues by next Thursday. Ridiculous. After that, though, I'll just be working during the day and drinking at night. Really looking forward to this years December Bender.

    I just want December to be over and done with.

    Better note: Going skiing in two weeks, couple of birthdays that weekend as well. It's not going to be great skiing, Marmot is a fucking terrible mountain to ride but it's better than nothing. Also, the plan to move to Vancouver has seem to hit a brick in the wall. I want to be out there in the new year but no work and no place to stay yet are hindering my escape from this frozen wasteland.

But for some fucking reason the month of fucking December makes people stupid and everything backs up until January 2 when all of you motherfuckers will want everyfuckingthing rightfuckingnow because you were too fucking stupid to fucking understand that December has 31 fucking days in it too, you stupid asshole, and I could have solved all your fucking problems during the time you were looking for the world's cheapest Lego Death Star set on Ebay.
