Re: ST PATRICKS YYYYEEEEEHHAAAAAAAA Not sure, but I vaguely remember a post someone made that railed on people that spell it incorrectly. Regardless, I need to dig up some form of green to wear to the office and bar afterwards. I intend on peeing green for 3 days.
Re: ST PATRICKS YYYYEEEEEHHAAAAAAAA St. Paddy's. The guy scared the piss out of snakes and was a drunkard. Not a fucking cross dresser. Patty? Really?
Re: ST PATRICKS YYYYEEEEEHHAAAAAAAA If you're sober enough that you give a shit about how it's spelled, then you fail.
Re: ST PATRICKS YYYYEEEEEHHAAAAAAAA Drinking a Guinness and contemplating making a Guinness Float, I have some delicious real Vanilla Bean ice cream in the freezer...
Re: ST PATRICKS YYYYEEEEEHHAAAAAAAA Haha, I have a schoolgirl outfit... In important news, this Guinness Float is FANTASTIC.
Re: ST PATRICKS YYYYEEEEEHHAAAAAAAA I always assumed that Paddy was because the Irish were too drunk and/or unintelligible to properly pronounce Patty.
Re: ST PATRICKS YYYYEEEEEHHAAAAAAAA I have my Beer T-shirt in green and black and my green shamrock hat. I don't generally do much for St. Paddys day since all the rookies seem to be out in full force but this year two friends happen to be on leave right now so we'll be going out in a big group.
Re: ST PATRICKS YYYYEEEEEHHAAAAAAAA Well, my actual costume calls for anonymity. This means I can't risk being associated with tib.
Re: ST PATRICKS YYYYEEEEEHHAAAAAAAA Anonymity? You planning on robbing a bank in it? Or are you a superhero? Chronic Girl?
Re: ST PATRICKS YYYYEEEEEHHAAAAAAAA I think you're right. Its obvious to most of us that "Pat" is short for "Patrick", therefore "Patty" is a derivative of that. Much like "Matty" is short for "Matthew", etc. However, since the Irish have an affinity for breaking the law, they seem to find themselves in "Paddy Wagons". That seems to be the most logical answer.
Re: ST PATRICKS YYYYEEEEEHHAAAAAAAA Couples Guinnesses, couple more Jameson Special Reserves. I am happy as a happy person.
Re: ST PATRICKS YYYYEEEEEHHAAAAAAAA Makes your dick look bigger. Know what they say about small hands? You see where this is going...
Re: ST PATRICKS YYYYEEEEEHHAAAAAAAA St. Paddy's day is the proper spelling. The gaelic spelling of Patrick is Padraig, hence the d's intsead of t's.
