    i just looked up gator. it has lauren hutton in it. that reminds me of a couple of other shitty movies that i adored when i was a kid, starring george hamilton.

    no one appreciates the theater anymore.

    (not so) fun fact: i was always an excellent speller. for some reason i remember that i incorrectly spelled theater by ending it with -re on a sixth grade test. and i specifically remember debating the correct spelling and going back and forth in my head during the test about the proper spelling.

    the most inappropriate trailer in the world - but hudson hawk is one of my favourite movies of all time. it was the simultaneous birth and death of bruce willis as a screen writer after it flopped so badly that he never wrote another movie. but the marketing for it was so fucking wrong - the trailer is a clear example of that. and when it came out - people only knew willis from die hard, they were completely unprepared for a surrealist comedy with cartoon physics and comedic show tunes.
