    You know, there are movie descriptions (Salo, Audition, A Serbian Film Gummo etc,) that I've read on Wikipedia that have obviated any and all desire to watch the films they've described.......and Irreversible definitely ranks among those films mentioned. I mean, a minute or two......*maybe*...............*MAYBE* to establish some semblance of drama....beyond that though. Well, only European filmmakers can get away with that. It being *art* and all that crap.
