I went to highschool with the girl featured in that article and she literally lives 2 towns over from parents:

    http://www.northjersey.com/news/crime_c ... 57497.html

On an interesting side note for some reason or another she liked getting fucked in the ass. On one such occasion she got fucked in the ass in the back of some guys bmw and afterwards shit all over the back seat of his car, which is just awesome.

Focus: Tell us your interesting alumni success or failure stories. Did your parents go to school with Ted Bundy? Did your mother sleep with the man responsible for the invention of the ketchup packet? Spare no details...

Just to mix things up a bit, I delved deep into the TiB Suggestion Board Archives for this one [1]. The link still works, though. God bless the Internet.

My mom was friends in school with Graham Lear who was the drummer for Santana, Paul Anka, REO Speedwagon, etc. No, he's not my dad. My friends have beat that joke to death for more than two decades now:

"YOU'RE A SANTANA BABY! CHANGE YOUR EVIL WAYS!!!!"

I went to a nerd high school, so I know a couple people who have already done a couple of cool things.

For example, one of my better friends coded this game back in high school:

    <a class="postlink" href="http://www.enigmasand.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.enigmasand.com/</a>

Chances are you have played it before...at least if you are like me and love to waste time to addicting flash games. I remember sitting behind him on the bus watching him code away, and giving him ideas.

I've also had a couple of friends who play in moderately successful bands who are signed and tour around the country. It makes me feel slightly elitist when I hear people talk about them and I get to chime in that I know one of them. Whoo.

I knew this guy in college, and he used to send me links to really weird porn. Like people sticking AA batteries in their dicks and stuff.

Then he went to create WikiScanner.

The girl I dated for about a year and a half starting towards the end of my senior year of high school had been a very high-level competitive figure skater but had quit the....not a sport, we'll call it an "activity"...a few months before I met her. She wasn't famous but could have been (had a shot to skate in the Olympics, etc.) if she'd stuck with it. The flexibility damn sure came in handy, though.

One of my best friends dated a shameless slut in college and for a year or two after who regularly cheated on him with just about any guy willing to stick his dick in her, including Will Blackmon. Said friend might be the only person on earth who is a more obsessive Boston College football fan than I am, so this probably actually made him like her more.

I think I posted this elsewhere, but Kelly Ripa was in my homeroom in high school.

She was legitimately one of the five hottest women I've ever seen in person. I did have occasion to talk to her, as she was friends with a friend of mine. She was really nice. And contrary to popular belief, she's pretty smart. So I was happy to see her become successful.

I went to school with a few famous kids (there are probably a couple that I'm missing):

    Anna Wintour's son
    Anna Quindlin's children
    Tony James's son
    Ruth Bader Ginsberg's grandson

David Duchovny is also an alum of my high school, and played on the basketball team. So every so often he came back and worked out in our gym. One time he had Orlando Jones with him for some reason. I sort of played against Joakim Noah in high school (I was a freshman, I think, and didn't see a single minute of playing time. But I theoretically COULD have played against him.) I also ate meals every day at camp with Gerald Henderson and Wayne Ellington, but they both kinda suck now so it's not super impressive.

A guy I knew in high school was an all-state soccer star and was salutatorian of my graduating class and had a full ride to college. In his freshmen year he was smoking a cigarette in his dorm room and flicked the butt into the garbage and went to take a shower. 10 minutes later the building was on fire and almost the entire dorm ended up burning down, completely destroying the belongings of about 30 people. He was kicked out, arrested, and sued.

Smash-cut to December 2010, I ordered food for my office from a local burger joint and he was the delivery guy. We made small talk and he informed me that's he's working on his Associates Degree in General Arts. He left with a big sympathy tip and I went back to my desk and had the best tasting burger of my life.

I went to middle school with James Earl Jones's son, so JEJ used to stop by every once in a while and do some skits with the drama class. His son was an incredible artist.

I also dated a girl last year who's on her way to Cambridge for grad school now, and I'm fairly convinced I'm going to see her on TV in some high-profile political position in the next 10 years. Obviously, that is total speculation, but fingers are crossed that I'll get a chance to tell people I tapped the ass of the future secretary of state, or whatever.

My mom and all her siblings went to the same school as George Jung, the main character in the movie Blow. They didn't know him well (he is quite a few years older), but hung out with some of his cousins.

I went to high school with a porn star (Chavon Taylor), but my favorite story about some I graduated with is about the Class President. He ended up getting kicked out of school but eventually all the charges were dropped.

I was in a music video that she was in once.

It didn't really make any sense.

I currently engage in many, many activities with sons and daughters of CEO's and politicians that would cause some...family...problems.

Oh, and my high school girlfriend now shoots softcore porn. I kind of saw that coming when a few months after we broke up, her parents bought her boobs for graduation. (no, I don't have links)

Ive said it before, Matt Hamill the deaf MMA fighter went to my high school some years ahead of me. Since his family had three or four teachers in it he always came in as a guest speaker, this when he was winning national championships in wrestling. I remember he gave a no drinking speech in our 8th grade health class and claimed he would pour out his beer in the bathroom and fill it with water when he went to parties. He has an older brother who's a huge drug addict.

My friend who's an amazing bass player and has been in a series of local bands is friends with Peter Framptons daughter who went to Indian Hill the next town over. I guess they met at a concert or through his bands friends.

Among other minor luminaries, I graduated with Jen Jones, the first African-American Radio City Music Hall Rockette. She was (and is) absolutely beautiful, and one of the nicest people in our class.

A guy I know's father was good friends with him growing up outside of Boston. I've only heard him mention it in passing though. I'm guessing it's a bit of a touchy subject.

I went to high school with a bunch of guys that have gone on to play D-I lacrosse at some of the top ranked schools in the country and some that play professionally. Two or three have played for the national team at various international tournaments. It was always cool to see those guys playing on the two or three days a year when they actually televise lacrosse.

My dad attended high school with the former mayor of New Orleans, Ray Nagen.

I attended high school with Nicole Fox, who won America's Next Top Model. She's not hot at all and was really fucking weird.

I also attended high school and jr. high with her. We hung out a few times and hung out with many of the same people. She was incredibly hot in high school but not hot at all in jr. high. Her dad is a fucking crazy drunk though and claimed to be in Somalia with the Army Rangers in 1993 but no one could ever find any evidence to support this. Rumors swirled around town that she got boobs for a graduation gift.

I don't know if this counts, but my grandmother lived on Mulberry street in Manhattan 2 doors away from the Ravenite Social Club. We were there all the time when I was between 7-10 years old. They had a dog named Duke and I used to play with that dog and chat with some of the guys that hung around there all the time. Of course, I had no idea who they were. It's one of my fondest childhood memories actually. I was very upset when one day we went there and they told me the dog died. I found out years later it was poisoned by the FBI. When I think back on it I'm surprised my father never told me to stay away from there, though he might have but I didn't listen because of the dog.
