Rave: Went in for a massage before the long weekend and ended up having dinner with the masseuse the next night. Hung out with her again today and things going well. She's smart, funny, and very normal for a woman (huge plus). And the fact that she is easy on the eyes is also nice too...

Rave: Posted this in the WTD thread, but the whole possibility of this sounds awsome cause I always wanted to perform and what better place then one where it absolutely doesn't matter right? Me and 3 friends are going to Europe in 2 summers and we're going to act like were a rockband from America and see if we can get to play at random bars and shit. It could turn out to be a really stupid idea or a really awsome one.

RANT: Classes started last tuesday..Bleh, I miss preseason's free breakfast, lunch and dinner and just hanging out all day

Rave: First week of school done and almost all of my classes are good and seem relatively easy except this retarded anthropology class which I want to drop anyways.

Rave: Parents are in town doing a little camping trip for the week. Haven't seen them in about 3 months.

Rave: The rents brought my car parts that I ordered last month! Hopefully I'll have time to install them all this coming week/weekend.

Rave: I start formation flying on Wed as I have duty tomorrow night. Supposedly these are the most fun flights out of all flight school.

Rave: Spent Saturday night at the in-laws' house and drank around the firepit. None of us really wanted to, but I'm glad that we did. Ended up being a lot of fun.

Rave: Wife™ and I finally got around to finishing the final season of Six Feet Under. Now we're hoping to power through the fourth season of Dexter before the fifth season airs.
It'll be fun to watch Rita die again.

Rant: In the words of Bill Burr... "Oh Jeez-ush". I had four people come to my office to inquire about an automation company I'm starting. One of these individuals is the president-CEO-majority owner of the automation company I currently work for.

Rave: He was noticeably nervous which made me feel pretty good. I could tell he believed me when I denied the allegations with a "You know I can't stand this part of my job. No way in hell I want to run the whole thing. Fuck that headache."

    Rant:
Need to find out where the rumor started. I'm use to putting out the rumor fires involving the company going out of business or some such shit. This is a different animal. Hopefully it started and ended in-house.

RAVE $35.00 dollar hair cut with a $20.00 dollar tip tomorrow at 4:15. Why is this a rave you ask? It includes a scalp massage with huge breastestes "accidentally", but oh so lovingly, pushed into my shoulders and neck for a half hour. Me thinks she knows exactly what she's doing. I'm such a puppet.

Rave: Grilled all weekend long. Saturday I smoked a whole chicken on the grill. Sunday, I grilled a marinated flank steak that came out perfect. Monday, I grilled pork chops and served them with a mustard-sage sauce. I got my two and a half year old daughter to help me prepare the chops.

I asked my 18th month old (jokingly, as his entire vocabulary consists of "cup," "juice" "mommy" and "daddy") if he was going to be a grill-master when he grew up. My daughter (who's two and a half) heard and chimed in "Daddy, he's not going to be a girl-master, he's going to be a boy-master when he grows up." Still laughing at that.

Rant I'm way behind the eight-ball at work. It's going to be a long week.

Rave: Found out that number three is on the way. I'm screwed, but I'm very happy. At least we won't have three kids under three.

Rant: Man cold, there is snot.

Rant: Second cold in the last few months, breaking a 4 year streak of healthy.

Rant: Slightly paranoid because went for a run with a mate a few days ago who just got back from working in a TB clinic in East Timor. (He's a Dr of Microbiology, specialising in gastro intestinal worms)

Apparently having worms makes you more susceptible to fun thinks like HIV, TB and Hepatitis, due to the worms compromising you immune system to make a more pleasant environment for themselves

If he gave me TB he won’t be volunteering in any 3rd world countries anymore due to the difficulty of operating a microscope without hands or eyes.

But I ramble, it’s the pseudoephedrine in the cold/flu medication, makes me manic.

This poor bastard has multi resistant TB and has been in quarantine for months.

    The "fully sick rapper"

Its not TB, its a cold.

RAVE!!! Matthew Pavlich signed up until 2014!! Now all we need is to sign Mundy and get a good trade for Tarrant and we are laughing.

Rant: Think we will probably loose Mundy & Taz... it sucks.

Rant: Writing my summary of Barcelona for LessTalk MoreStab in the travel thread brought back nostalgia.

    Rave: Ios/Kos/Mykonos next spring!

    Rave: Thailand next summer!

Rave: If I can afford it, Ibiza & Barcelona (again) next August!

Rant: The travel bug is expensive.

Rave: Psyched for my tattoo tomorow, my brother, dad, two cousins and uncle are getting the same one as well. It has to do with our family and how were the last surviving male members of our family name.

Rant: Its my first tattoo and I HATE needles.

    Rave:

So far, so good with the personal trainer. The girlfriend and I started a week ago, and already I'm starting to see subtle changes to my energy and my body. A week's worth of chicken, spinach, oatmeal, water and tuna will do that to a guy. I finally know what it's like to go to a gym and workout 'properly.' Tomorrow is our weigh-in, and I'm confident that the scale is going to show me some love.

    Rave:

We were still able to treat ourselves over the weekend (in moderation). How's a guy supposed to enjoy the Labour Day Classic between Saskatchewan and Winnipeg without at least one hamburger? I only had one though, and I didn't have any booze.

    Rant:

I have got to stop worrying about shit that I can't control. Since my Mom died, I've worried non-stop about my Dad. He told me earlier this week that he's been really lonely, and it stinks being two provinces away, and unable to do anything about it. Lately I've also been worried about finances, and other petty, nonsensical things. My grandpa used to tell me that, "Worrying is often pointless, because as long as you're doing your best - Life always works out in the end."

He's right. I just need to start buying into that mind-set.

    Rave:

The mere fact that NHL 11 for EA Sports is in stores has persuaded me to purchase an X-Box or a PS3. I've got the money, now it's just a matter of purchasing the right console. Anybody care to weigh in?

RAVE: My brother came over with my niece last night. She is such a cute little kid.

RANT: Sorry for the hiatus guys. I've been working entirely too much lately. For example, last weekend I put in 32 hours in addition to the 50+ I had already put in during the week. I haven't had much time for TiB lately (or anything for that matter).

RAVE: At my friend's wedding over the weekend the entire wedding party ended up jumping in the pool. It was fantastic. Add that to walking in on my friend slapping his gf's ass while fucking her from behind (which was maybe the funniest thing I've ever seen) and it was a blast of a wedding.

RANT: The wedding was in Iowa.

DOUBLE RANT: Iowa has stupid speed limits that change for no reason. Got a speeding ticket.

Rave: Spent quite a bit of time this weekend overclocking my computer now that I have the components for it. Got the CPU stable at 3.9Ghz up from 3.4 with the memory set to its native 1600mhz (instead of the 1333 that the mobo wanted to default it to). I was really hoping that I could get the CPU up to 4Ghz but I haven't been able to get it stable at that point yet. Still working on it.

Rant/Rave: This shit is addictive, but expensive...I want to keep buying better components. I am such a huge fucking nerd, but I love it.
