Tailgating for football games is the big thing I want to get back to. Not being an agoraphobic weirdo I haven’t noticed anything that I’d really like to keep as far as social distancing. I wear mask without complaint but am ditching them when they eventually lose their mandate. The lack of Traffic is something I will miss. Wasn’t until a month ago the typical choke points started filling back up. It felt amazing blowing threw my commute but still felt bad in the back of my mind knowing it was at the cost of a shit ton of peoples’ livelihoods. Seems people have forgotten how to drive as I run into major accidents 3-4 times a week when it used to be once every 2 weeks or so. Every single time I’ve forgotten to Waze my route in the past month I’ve been burned with accident traffic.
Back on track...I, too, am looking forward to restaurants opening again. I'm going to try and convince Nett to take me to our favourite spot if we're ever allowed to legally step foot outside our houses again. Superficially, I miss shopping in the States SO MUCH. I used to go once a week to buy gas for my truck and whatever groceries were a better deal there. Man, it was a luxury I overlooked. Long term, a dear friend is in Luxembourg and my plan is to head over for a visit. IF this BS ever ends, that is.
