I look good in a short skirt and like Sea Bass I use GHB as a performance enhancing drug, which is not to say I'm better in bed when I'm asleep but that I thrive on challenges and pressure.

Projected scores slightly wonky for anyone else right now?

Consider these: Charles has 75 yards, 1 TD, 4 catches, 32 yards. That seems like it should be 7.5+6+2+3.2=18.7, but instead it's 20.7.

At first I thought maybe it was a "100 yards total" bonus, but I see that Larry Fitzgerald is projected to get 8 catches for 113 and a TD, but is only projected for 21.3 points (4+11.3+6=21.3) while D. Thomas is projected for 5 catches, 93 yards, and one TD for 19.8 points (2.5+9.3+6=17.8).

Is there some sort of weird scoring quirk here that I'm unaware of?

Are they projecting them to score a 2 point conversion?

For the record, Nom is black too. I don't have token catchphrases. Outside "Fuck the Giants" and "Remember that time I beat you in the championship?"

Hold on, something is off with projections. My kicker is projected to get 22 points. WTF Popped?

Let's clear up a few things.

First, bench at 7 stays. The whole point of the large bench is to make drafting more important then having the luck of priority on the waiver wire. I'll bring down the bench if we turn waivers to first come first serve.

Second, MC, extra points are .5ppr we put in place last year. *Nevermind....I'll look into that and see if something got changed for scoring. Could be 2pt or something else.

Third, kicker points are standard except 40-49 is 4pts instead of 3. Reason being, having the kicker get the same points for a 27 vs 49 yard FG is stupid. If you want me to adjust it so it curves more evenly, I can make the lowest yardage be worth 2pts.

Finally, if you remember back to last year, NFL.com is RIDICULOUS with point projections. Half of my bench of second stringers have almost as many points as starting 1st string players. If you want a more accurate measure, look at yahoo or ESPN for point projections on a .5ppr league and then add the bonus for 100yd rush/catch 300+ passing.

The only reason you made those waiver wire moves was because you were broker than a single mom on the 31st of the month and couldn't draft shit the last 3 rounds.

Sorry MC, I looked through all the scoring settings and there isn't anything in there that would make Charles have those extra points. Must be something on NFL.com's end that's causing it.

Also, just to validate my point about NFL.com projections, Parker, they have your kicker getting 5 field goals at each distance and 4xpt's. I know they are playing Dallas, but come on...

Welker just got 4 games for amphetamines.

Sanders is looking like a solid pick

Yeah, but I got Welker for $6. So if he rocks when he comes back, that's a steal

No, that means he's concussed again. Someone trade me a goddamn RB.

I'd actually argue having that large of a bench makes drafting less important, because you can just toss more guys out there as opposed to having to smartly pick and choose and having to make tough drop decisions. It's safer to have a deep bench.

He might not be breaking through with a TD tonight, but I'm feeling good about Harvin's touches going forward.

Hey dumbass, start a kicker. I don't want my first week's victory tainted by everyone being like "ERMAGERD YOU ONLY WON BECAUSE HE FORGOT A KICKER."

Oh you don't have to worry about my team, you've got a lot on your plate already. Like "do I start Jacquizz Rodgers or Shonn Greene week 1?"

I still have two running backs better than anyone on your roster, though.

Don't know why you and Nom thinks this is the TiB Running Back Fantasy league. It's not. He'll be okay though, I'm sure.
