My aunt kept my cousin on a leash back in the 70s when such a thing was even less common than it is now. She got more than her fair share of snide comments. She knew her son though. 50 years later and that guy should still be on a leash.

That's not nearly as bad as those parents that push their 4' tall 7 year olds around in strollers, either because the kid is lazy or will run away if given that little it of freedom. Make'em walk I say, even if it is with a restraint like a leash.
