Fucking Yankees. How are my A's going to ruin Shimmered year if the Yankees do not know when they have lost. This was a damn hard loss for me to get over.

Fucking Angels, the A's and Rangers could beat on each other so bad over the next 13 games that the Angels could sneak in and steal the division.

    Fuck yes I'm nervous.
Our pitching staff is...eh. When they're good, they're good, but when they're bad...Jesus fuck.
And our offense is so inconsistent it makes my brain hurt.

    Statistically, I don't expect a WS appearance.
    Rationally, I don't expect a WS appearance.

But I'd like to see an ALCS appearance, instead of shitting the bed at the end of the season because Josh Hamilton is now addicted to Monsters.

Two games behind the Rangers with a three game series to finish the season against them. It is really nice to follow a relevant baseball team again.

We don't have the pitching staff for a solid post season run. it pisses me off because this team is better than they're playing, and this offense is certainly more potent than their recent numbers show.
I'm interested in what Hamilton will do this off-season. I question whether any team will pay him the numbers the SI article was mentioning back in May. 20-25 a year for 8 to 10 years seems like a LOT of money for a guy who's brilliantly talented but streaky.

This Jurickson Profar kid is pretty magical to watch, and the Elvis/Profar/Olt situation is going to be interesting for the Rangers as well.

As an Orioles fan, I feel the exact same way. I had very little hope for this season and have been shocked. I thought it would be a very long time before the O's would be in the running for the AL-East. Un-fucking-real.

Cabrera or Trout? My choice is obvious.

If Cabrera gets the triple crown than he might get it. I think Trout is going to get it though.

    Goddammit Oakland. GO AWAY.

When Scott Feldman is your savior, it's gonna be a bad night.
If Martin Perez isn't going to be any better than this, I may lose my shit at JD holding on to him the way he did. I love me some JD, and I trust JD, but fucking hell.

You should celebrate it. Absolutely, 100%. They're playing great, great baseball. Like I said before, we won't win with shitty pitching. Martin Perez? Really? He's a KID who shouldn't even be in the majors. He should be refining down in Round Rock or up in Frisco. Harrison needs his game tonight, and we need our offense to wake up. If the offense, and Hamilton, keep running around half assing it, they deserve what they get. I love my team, and I'm grouchy as FUCK about this bullshit, but they're definitely NOT playing to their ability. Not potential...ABILITY.

One game Shimmered. Winner gets the division, loser gets Baltimore for a one game playoff. Angels get to sit at home and watch. Have a nice winter halos.

Whoa whoa whoa, hold your horses! The O's and Yanks might have to have a one-game playoff on Thursday for the division title! All it'll take is Boston winning tomo-HAHAHAHA!!! I'm sorry, I couldn't keep a straight face.

*sigh* Thank God the Bobby V era is coming to an end.

East Coast baseball is irrelevant didn't you get the word? I will be watching and rooting hard for the O's should it come down to that Thursday game.

I can't believe Hamilton dropped that ball. My A's may actually end up as the 1st Seed in the AL.

    Really?
