    I couldn't agree with you more. Not only does it make it less interesting, it also makes it more confusing, especially for those that haven't read the books. I find myself having to pause every few minutes to explain something to my husband and make sure he is following. But hell, even I get confused at times when they hop around as much as they do. I also had really high hopes for the House of the Undying. They could have made that look awesome, but you can see that the budget was blown on Blackwater (but I am not complaining about that, the wildfire alone was well worth it)
