    I'm 30 today. Tonight is dinner with the folks, followed by some tasty beverages with one of my college friends who lives just a few miles away. I'd go out and celebrate tonight, but working 50-60 hours a week means a very tired Buck by Friday.

    Tomorrow is the night for celebrations, and I'm going out with my friends in town. There's a local dive bar that has the best double chocolate stout. And, they change out what's on tap every couple weeks, so I will hopefully find some nice surprises on tap!

    Now, to make it to 5 PM.

    I caught a serious error this week. Someone's life / a lot of liability may well have been saved. And not just anyone's life, but the life of a very sweet old lady. Women should be baring their breasts to me as I pass them on the street out of sheer awe.

    Last day of work before vacation. Haven't had more than a long weekend since last October. Heading to Prince Edward Island for two weeks with a bunch of family and friends and beer. Some sunny weather would be appreciated, but not expected. Summer has pretty much been a write-off so far out here.

    I'm going camping on the Brule River Sun/Mon/Tues, but nothing until then. I think I might hit up the Fringe Festival. If I can manage to get laid as the result of a Reddit Meet-up, this is about as close to a sure thing as I can imagine.

    I never thought I'd say this, but I want to skip the weekend and have it be Monday, so I can go to the Buble concert.

    As for drinking related shenanigans, I have to be good tonight so I can go visit a federal freakin prison tomorrow, which means I get up and start driving at 5:30am. When I get home from that I'm going to drink myself stupid while trying to convince myself that rapist wasn't looking at me funny.

    I went horseback riding last night. I had a water bottle filled with Southern Comfort. Good times. My neighbor's kid down the road decided that he wanted to feed my gelding saltines. He decided he was thirsty, and stuck his tongue in my neighbor's crown and 7. I guess he needs to be taught better drinking manners.

    I can't be the only person that doesn't miss the whiny lawyer talking about his jobs, what he is being paid, blah blah blah, all the time.
