    I have one league I'm in this year that's doing auction. Get back to me next year. It does seem to be sweeping the nation, though. Makes you pay for who you choose, and your value for each player is judged individually, which I like.

    I love auction, we did it in the baseball league this year thanks to Kinsey's nonstop insistence. Turned out to be a good move.

    For what its worth, I think 13 teams are more than enough and 16 teams may spread the talent too thin. But if there was that many teams last year and it worked well, I'll shut up.

    Did we decide what kind of draft each league will be having?

    If we do an auction, is there any place to practice auction drafts? NFL.com only seems to have mock snake drafts.

    EDIT: I see ESPN has them here.

    Chater has decreed Snake, though I think he should reconsider. Auction was really fun, and you get the people you're willing to pay for, rather than luck of the draw.

    While I agree with you, I am almost for sure going to lose power and not be able to draft myself during the hurricane (the path right now has it a direct hit). Chater says he is in line too. I hate the computer picks in a snake draft, I can just imagine a team in auction.

    Any chance we could make it next Sunday? Or even that friday? Thursday 530 PM Pacific is 3.5 hours before the end of my work day.
