    Just downloaded and watched it, and it was pretty interesting.

    Yeah, the guy has some whacky statements, but nothing really over the top. Just a touch of the hipster doofus arteest flair, really.

    He seemed a bit jumpy and wired, but really, what does anyone expect? He's the focus of millions of people and just about the entire media right now, and I'm sure that there's more than a little sense of shit being out of control.

    Thought he did well, and he made some really interesting points.

    Gotta say, he doesn't strike me as being all that bat-shit insane or anything.

    I rarely (hell, I can't even remember, this may be my first) post here, but I figure a few people here will be interested in this. And even if you dont recognise the blog, it's still worth a read.

    Anyway, I really think the events of the last two weeks aren't anything to justify all the attention it's been getting. Watching the 20/20 interview, it seems liken hes just a bit (read: lot) egotistical (but that's fine and not really anything, and I mean anyway, I dare you to be paid 2 million an episode for a comedy show for years on end and not think your brilliant. He get's paid like he's brilliant, why wouldn't he think that) and talks with a lot of verbal flair, because he's bored and it's more fun to talk interestingly, anyway.

    Now, leaving the domestic violence incidents out of this current discussion, because it's not really about that. I mean, when that came up, sure, it made waves in the media, but not even close to the same level this current deal is reaching, and without a doubt, Sheen is a fucked up individual, but he's nothing special, its just cause of Who He Is that this is suddenly a Big Deal. You can't talk to the media like that, surely you must be nuts! So he bucks the trend of Celebrity Towing The Line and all of a sudden this is huge. It's a bit rubbish I think, but hell, it's funny to watch someone say "I'm on a drug, it's called "INSERT OWN NAME HERE" (go get drunk at the bar with your friends and see how much bravado comes out there) so I'll prbably keep watching along, at least until the next season of Peep Show or Louie, either for the "right" or "wrong" reasons, but no one producing the Interviews will care, cause as long as I'm watching, its still more ratings for them.

    At least I'll get a chuckle out of it. Until I remember that the evening news should probably focusing on something more important than one dude who lives on the SoCal coastline.

    I don't understand. Is it a SURPRISE to anyone Charlie Sheen snorts a lot of blow and fucks a lot of hookers? He's been this way his entire life. Why is it suddenly a big deal now when it wasn't before?

    on Charlie Sheen's twitter i just saw he started a Ustream account. It went live a mere 8 minutes ago. If you want to want watch him and some crazy quotes live, you should probably tune in.
