So I guess I'm in the minority here. I don't think he is crazy. I also don't think what he is doing is wrong (If you disagree I tend to think you are either a queer, or have never done a significant amount of cocaine). I know if I had money I would live the same way. You fuck the sexiest women on earth, and stay high enough to always feel like the king of the world. All this without hurting any one. He is living the American dream. As to why do the girls stick around? He has money and he likes to party to the fullest. Why wouldn't you stick around? You are a whore after all. This sounds pretty sweet. How many of you sit in a cubicle for 8-12 hours a day just for the cash? Now imagine instead of that you got paid 20x as much to party for the week instead of banging out shit on a computer. What would you choose? What you are seeing on TV is edited interviews. You get to see the parts that make him look crazy. I heard him on Howard Stern this morning unedited for 45 minutes, and he didn't sound crazy. He sounded like a normal guy that happens to have enough money to party properly. Seriously, think about how many times you have drank until you blacked out in the last 6 months. How many of those times should you have been hospitalized for alcohol poisoning? If you were popular enough to for the main stream media to pay attention to your life, how terrible of a person would you look like if they took you at your lowest of lows?
Ok, I find Charlie Sheen's antics as hilarious as the next person, but let's not pretend that a guy with his history of domestic assault isn't hurting anyone.

It's the most watched show on television, but Two and a Half Men is horrible. It's cliched family garbage that my parents make me watch when they're in town. Hell, even the name "Two and a Half Men", oh I guess the fat kid is the half? He's gained enough weight to be a full man by now. They should just call it three men, a couple hookers, and a briefcase of blow.
As was Everybody Loves Raymond, How I Met Your Mother, King of Queens, and almost every other wildly popular sitcom out there. What the fuck is your point? We all know people like the dumbest/crapiest of things. This isn't some new phenomenon.

Um, as recently as three months ago, one of them had to lock herself in a hotel bathroom after a coked up Charlie Sheen threatened to kill her and threw a lamp at her....so I'm going with yes. Serious talk now... see those twin daughters? That wife? That's called a family, and his selfish perpetual binge is destroying it. He's already going downhill in a hurry and for the sake of them I hope it can be reversed. The man can still be forgiven, but he's got a big ass hole to climb out of. Like others have said too, there's a ton of people who have depended on him and their future plans will be held back by him right now. He should be helped... he needs it. How long until he crosses the line and is either dead or the man steps in? I would hope an intervention will occur before he kills himself, but I wouldn't be surprised if he pulls a Lohan in the next week or two and seriously complicates his plans. Also, I'm going to draw this parallel. "I am on a drug. It's called 'Charlie Sheen.' It's not available because if you try it once, you will die. Your face will melt off, and your children will weep over your exploded body." What's next? Shitcoms?
Howard Stern went on Jon Stewart last night and said that Sheen "might" be calling into the show tomorrow. That's going to be one hell of a conversation.
I was just going to post the same. It's not a "for sure" thing, but I bet it happens. It seems that they got a hold of his cel phone number, Charlie answered, and then they presented Howard as a brother-in-arms fighting against CBS. Charlie Sheen, with no time limit, on satellite radio with no censorship. With Howard Stern. Talk about a "don't miss".
And I bet they got the number from Bree. She's been a guest on the Howard Stern show many times, and has always had a thing for Howard.
