For JW fans, I highly recommend Johnny Walker Explorers Club, especially, Spice Road. Spoiler You can only get it in duty free shops and most cruise ships and international airports will probably have it, but it's better than Black, which says a lot.
I haven't got into scotch too much yet, but from the people I know who do drink it, they often try to drive the point home by grabbing at my shirt and ITS SINGLE MALT OR DEATH!! BLENDED IS THE MOST CRIMINAL OF ALL GaRBAGE AND DRANK BY GAYFAGS etc.
For relatively inexpensive blended scotch sipping, Johnny Walker Red and Dewar's White aren't bad. Cutty Sark is another option. Ultimately any of them will getcha drunk.
You'll find some people people on their high horse no matter what, just like you'll find winos that won't drink white or fruit wines. They all have their place and just like anything it is a matter of personal taste. Though I generally only drink red wine and single malt scotches, and I'm awesome, so maybe all other personal tastes ARE inferior.
Yeah the whisky snobs are pretty prevalent, especially the people who "wont drink anything but a Glen." As far as JW, I think Philalawyer had the best breakdown of the major blends.
My roommate ordered some of these awesome little cigars and they should be arriving any day now. The perfect compliment to a night spent outside next to a fire in the backyard.
Holy Mother of Fuck. Finally, some R/B that fucking sounds like R/B. Catchy as fuck, a blend of Sister Sledge's 'We Are Family' and Earth, Wind and Fire's vocal stylings. Nice tune.
I definitely like the track. I have to say, I like Pharrell when he's not up to his own devices. He makes other people sound good, other people make him sound good. But I never was able to get into N.E.R.D. like I really wanted to.
Love NERD's first album, but Pharrel bought into his own hype WAY to quickly. He is still a genius producer and mixer. That's his true calling. Because he can't sing, that's for sure.

Anybody going to check out Iron Man 3 this weekend? I can't convince the old lady to go, might end up catching it by myself.
There was some interview series he started doing online. He was a pretty good interviewer, but you could see the smugness on his face like "Yeah, I nailed that question." He Pharrell sure loves him some Pharrell.
I played in a cover band that did R/B and disco, and I'll tell you, it was a fucking blast to play that stuff, and crowds dug it too. She has been on my '5 women I get to fuck and not get divorced' list for the past 6 years. LOVE her. And seeing her spiral out of control? Even Love her more. She looks like a chick ready to make some bad decisions. I could be that bad decision.
