    We had over 5" of rain here, and the river still hasn't crested. It's literally across the street from me, and rising. I am sitting here listening to all the news helicopters. Apparently, the road along the river has been underwater since about 4AM.

    I'm getting stoned to get through this.

    It took me two reads to figure out your doctor is not named "Dr. Drunk." I am so disappointed.

    My doctor's seen far worse. I once demanded a pap-smear. He was Columbian and had no idea why I would want one. He answered as if it COULD have been medically relevant. Also gave blood while drunk. Apparently they can spin all the toxins out of it. But WOOOOO FUCK was it fun. One cocktail turned into like four when you lose two pints of blood in 60 seconds.

    Am I the only one getting excited about the Jackass 3D movie?

    I was having a discussion with my cousin a few days ago about what movie/movie genre could be cooler than Jackass-style stunts in 3D, and we both came to the same conclusion: none. The 3D thing is a gimmick, but we think this is the type movie is PERFECT for it.

    I also like their previews, which entail basically the same 4-5 stunts and a bunch of old people laughing at it.

    I guess from what I heard FUBAR II rocks the shit. It has a slightly more polished look, but I hear nothing but good things. The original is a true party movie. It's mindblowing how these guys improv like that. They really DO get wasted on camera and commit vandalism.

    Didn't they say in the DVD commentary that they didn't, for the most part? Like, the scene in Denny's where Terry is nodding off and Dean is rambling, the guy who plays Terry said he kept breaking character and laughing. If you watch it closely, you can see the corners of his mouth twitching. The scene in Okotoks where the bar fight happened was real, though. None of the "extras" knew that it was only a mockumentary.

    That was such a good movie.

    I will be attending my Grandfather's funeral service this weekend. Normally I wouldn't go to these things, but I'm making sure the prick is actually dead, and not just fucking with me. If you have a moment, please, please pray for me to not be able to laugh during the procession. I've already been disowned by this family once. Were they not above average rich, I'd have no problem with being disowned again. But I'm shit broke and see no problem schmoozing.


    And god help me if there's any booze there.
