Holy shit. I was a huge fan of this reboot for the first seasons or two, and I got sucked into watching the season 5 premiere tonight. It's like they're turning it into a weird mix of Transformers/Michael Bay shit with a cop show based in Hawaii. Killer drones, crashing Lear Jets in downtown Mauii, and over-the-top chick machismo. I just wish James Cann's kid did something better... I like his acting, even if it is signature Caan. Ugh.
