A lot of their listings are well-known to have dubious data points that are in consistently applied across the different samples. And neither of these two links are really drawing any comparisons for quality of care. The 37th in results that you’re citing from the link above is more due to expediency of service rather than quality.
Well, for overall quality we rank behind Mexico. In the Commonwealth's study of 11 countries we were dead last in quality, equity, and outcomes. You can pick any study or source you want because they all say the same thing, which is that our healthcare is fucking terrible compared to the rest of the first world. So bad it's actually shit compared to some of the third world. Find me one legitimate source that says otherwise.

You can’t help but wonder if Biden were president that he’d be going thru impeachment proceedings right now.
I believe that from now on, impeachment will be sought by the republicans as long as they have the power to do so. For instance, if Dems take the White House but somehow lose the house of reps(unlikely) the gop will try to ruin the next presidency. Or any presidencies where they aren’t in power.
