    We’re not sure exactly what the guard is going to be doing yet, are we? Crowd control and protecting federal buildings maybe?

    It’s really hard to feel hopeful about anything these days

    My initial understanding is that they are going to be used to keep protesters away from ICE, so that ICE can't interact with protesters.

    I was kind of hoping that they'd actually herd the ICE agents. That'd be fun to watch.

    There’s so much I want to say about how people should interact with ICE, that I can’t say because I don’t really want to be visited by ICE any time soon.

    I feel like we skipped over how the renditions to El Salvador constitute what is possibly the greatest 8th Amendment violation in decades. 8th gets no love.

    I’ll just say, I’m surprised that all those “I was always willing to be reasonable until I had to be unreasonable” guys are absolutely silent.

    Actually, I’m not. They all joined ICE.

    I noticed in the videos today that ICE vehicles were parked in the middle of the road impeding traffic. I thought the previous shooting was over impeding ICE traffic. So what the hell, does the laws of the road only pertain to regular drivers?

    It’s anecdotal, but a video on Reddit was saying they’re starting to change their appearance to basic Midwest drab hoodies and jackets, with less masks, so they can blend in.
