I agree. Spanberger should have immediately distanced herself from Jay Jones, and maybe the race between her and Sears wouldn't have even been close. I'm literally one of the people in the middle, that either side has to earn my vote. Through their behavior, past and present, and how they align with what I think is best for this country. You make an interesting comment about Sears and MAGA. How does the cult of racists, nazis and misogynists become the only people that prefer the only woman of color in this state election?
https://bsky.app/profile/atrupar.com/post/3m4ratqwhil2h She's just so bad at politics. What's the point of this segment? To run your campaign against a guy who both left office nearly a decade ago, and is still the most popular political figure in the country? That's the target you want to go after? Also trying to like rules-lawyer an endorsement out of him because you're a black woman and he supported a black woman in a different race last year? Just absolute dogshit politicking, even before you get to the actual policy substance.
She’s stupid, and the voters in your country are also objectively stupid. It will be nothing short of a miracle if she doesn’t win.
And remember— no matter what happens— these people will still vote for Trump in a heartbeat. They straight-up deserve this shit:
CNN did an interview with a similar type person, and even now they'll still defend everything he has done that hurts other people, but it's just an absolute tragedy when harm comes to their door.
r/leopardsatemyface material is my daily go to when I need a laugh during this clown show of an administration.
Democrats basically swept. Took G, LtG, AG, and a huge legislative majority in VA. Retained in PA, took G in NJ, defeated Prop 1 in ME, flipped the public service commission seats in GA. Only big one left is Prop 50 in CA, which they haven't started reporting results for yet.
The US Army is now advising its members in Germany to avail themselves of the German social assistance programs to keep themselves fed since the US government is too incompetent to pay their army. https://home.army.mil/bavaria/about...ing list of German support,Too Good To Go-App
But Trump said that some benevolent private donor gave over $100 million to keep the troops paid through the shutdown!
Well look who's back: Spoiler I literally have not heard anything about him in more than 25 years. I will forever associate him with this SNL skit and the phrase "the severed head of John Rocker on a stick":
