The Republican House is inviting RFK Jr to testify before Congress. Because we all know that when a Democratic candidate is legitimate and above board, Republicans do everything they can to give them a platform and a higher profile.
Republicans don't seem to have a clue how primaries work when the sitting president runs for a second term. What do they think all this nonsense is going to accomplish? If he ran third party he'd pull more votes from Trump than Biden.

Presidents don't become residents of DC while President. For example there's the famous video of Obama getting sassed while voting in Chicago in 2014.
