I still say bewildered is the best choice of all of them. Seems very middle of the road, won't get her panties in a bunch over small stuff but has been around enough and smart enough to know when shit is crossing the line.
I rather be a back-up mod if anything. Too many chances of me getting drunk and giving people a million green dots because they did the slightest funny thing. I'm too easily entertained. But, I'd be okay being the token black guy mod, since Nom doesn't love us anymore.
I nominate VI (because he's smart as fuck and doesn't care about being popular), Angel, again because she's smart, interesting, funny, has a slight case of "don't give a fuck", Canadian (a different view), maybe Rush because he streams down the middle and doesn't lose his mind and Noland for sure. He is Steady Eddie and is ALWAYS awake at 4:am. I know this from our many late night pms when I'm shitfaced. He doesn't drink and puts up with my nonsense. My lovely Bewildered is too nice to pull the hammer. However, when I win the lottery, she will live in a mansion next to mine, with a kitchen that makes Gordon Ramsay cry, complete with flying squirrels, and perhaps grace me with a meal once a week or two .

I'll throw my hat in the ring. I PM'd this to Net a day or so ago: I'll tenderly proffer my resume for the mod job. I've been on/around message boards since the early '00s, and mod/admin'd one (nobigtoe.com, an offshoot of EHOWA) until it turned into a small, recursive group think. Yes, I realize that's not an endorsement for mod skills, but to be fair, every one of the original members was an admin, in a sort of libertarian/anarchist forum experiment that didn't play out very well in the long run. In any case, I know to bump threads that provide an opportunity for discussion and sharing of past experiences, some with a moderate amount of debate (though I think it's clear the board as a whole is pretty happy with the no religion/no politics rule), and those of major news events. I think I'd be more of a lurker mod than a loud and obvious one, but I work in satellite communications, I'm in Afghanistan right now working 84 hour weeks, and that means I am in front of a computer constantly with nothing productive to do. tl/dr: fairly intelligent and moderately technically proficient guy with tons of spare time volunteers to help keep the board running, because someone has to do it.

I was thinking Samuel L Jackson. I like all y'all and have poor judgment (heh), so I can't really contribute to a mod suggestion. I've honestly never seen a situation on other boards where there were enough mod volunteers that it would need to be narrowed down.
