Re: The Mod Squad Sorry Wheelz, but I've got to voice a "no" to your mod nomination. You fucked off for like 5 months, which is exactly the behaviour of the majority of the existing mods. We need someone who's consistently here.
Re: Who? I'm just afraid he'll charge us $10 to read each of his posts. One thing I wanted to being up again: PLEASE open the Advice Thread for anybody to answer. It was one of the funniest things about the old board but it makes no sense that only mods can answer on it.
VI and Juice get my vote. And I feel bewildered would do a good job of representing the estrogen on the board.
Re: Who? I'm super excited about this. This has been my primary complain about the board. And the advice thread has died off accordingly. Speaking of mods, the Advice thread should be moderated pretty toughly. If someone comes out with a "Fuck off and die" to the advice thread should get warned, then banned. I second Bewildered, she's always been a super positive and upbeat presence here. Even her rants have some sunshine in them. I second Juice as well. No offense to anyone else, I just am picking the top two people. I do not want Crown to be a mod. No one will be able to post music created before 1995, and all my Kesha and Maroon 5 threads will never get approved.

I think that Juice and VI would be good choices. I'm pretty sure Black Jesus would rock as a mod, too. Another female mod would probably be a good idea and I would have suggested Shimmered (if she didn't already not want to do it) and perhaps Happyfunball because, wheee! Bewildered would be great, too. The key would be to ensure that the individual(s) have a thick skin. Personally, I don't desire a position like that, but I've complained about some things enough that if I didn't at least offer up my help I'd be a hypocrite. I don't post a lot, but am here quite a bit during the week (rarely weekends), have a level head, am smarter than most farm animals (Some...at least two), can admit when I'm wrong, and have a mostly open unbiased mind. I have no time for politics be they board politics or in general. Although, much like a politician I'm very bribable, shifty when needs be, and only petty against those who I believe are mocking me, whether I have any reason to believe so or not. Hey, I can't be perfect. Much.
I don't trust any of you fucking people. Within a week this place will look like Colonel Kurtz's lair. While I'm sitting in a bamboo ban cage one of you will slide up and email utter nonsense in my ear about the other mods trying to kill you in your sleep.

Appreciate the offer, but realistically speaking, odds aren't that great for you being made a mod if you've never even posted around here... we don't really know you, at all... or have any sense of your personality or post quality, etc. You're a complete unknown.
