FYI, I'm in the process of transferring the board over to myself and hosting it on my servers in the upcoming days. This process could result in a bit of unexpected downtime before it's all done, so if you happen to go to look for the site and it's not there, adhere to this emergency procedure: • Breathe. • Blink your eyes or they'll dry out and hurt. • Grab a drink or 3 from the fridge. Use two hands when carrying them, because the withdrawal will cause you to shake and potentially drop them. • Drink the drinks slowly but steadily until you've become comfortably numb and better able to cope with the world. • GO OUTSIDE YOU FUCKING NECKBEARDS. Right now the domain transfer request has been made, and it could take 2-7 days for it to be processed. Once that's done, I then have to set up DNS servers, etc., for the domain. It's during this time that there may be a blackout, depending on the exact process and timing of the registrar transfer. I've got a new server ready to copy across the site, so once all the shit is in place, I'll put the site in maintenance mode, take a final backup, transfer it across, change the DNS, and then spin it up. It's not hard, but it could take a few hours once the process starts, and I'll probably be a bit bored and drinking while it's going on. Besides, it's a long weekend this weekend. So yeah... you've been warned, so don't panic.
