   I've overheard it before in conversations from people who recieve assistance as well as child tax credit. They tell their friends to have more kids to get more money.

   I agree with the others in that this is why we have certain topics that are off limits. No, we obviously cannot have differences of opinion and rational conversation about them in the same thread. What a clusterfuck this turned out to be. Done.
