Nothing around here seems to be more polarizing than our Ask a X threads. Many people like them, but some people think that some of the individual threads are just idiotic to the point where they take time out of their day to write me and tell me so.

I'd like to poll the audience on some volunteers we have for these threads to see which one(s) would be interesting to you. Pick up to two.

If you don't like any of them, pick "none of the above."

Also it is disturbing how many bartenders/bar managers/bouncers/etc. we have.

A few of these are things I kind of wonder about. I mean the homeschooled kid will be interesting, if they're kind of fucked up. But if they're normal and well adjusted - meh.

The Ex PUA thing is also potentially interesting - but it's also got so much potential to be embarassingly lame.

I went with home schooled kid and person that survived childhood disease. Of course what Scootah said about being well adjusted would have to stand for both. I was born with a rare stomach defect that I had surgery on when I was 1 or 2, I almost died from the condition. I wasn't old enough for it to affect my social learning in my mind though. Ive also worked as a barback IN THE BUSINESS.

I'd go with inner city high school teacher third just because Id have so many questions about being a teacher to begin with.

We can ask funny questions like, "So who does the dinner bell rangin' at your house?" or "Did the coyotes ever steal your brother?" or even "What do you hate worse, tornadoes or gays?"

Rugby player is just fucking retarded. I say this from someone who has played for over 20 years. I guarantee whoever volunteered for this is also the lone vote cast towards it.

It's a paradox. Tornadoes are gay.

As somebody who is a bartender and has survived cancer, I honestly can't see a thread on either of these topics lasting more than a couple of pages until it got repetitive/boring. That could have more to do with me though.

Why not do an an all encompassing thread of most of them with a simple "Tell us the best stories from your job" thread?

My money is on the teacher for at risk students. Violence, shit home life, psychological trauma, retard-like outbursts, inexplicable anger, benders like you've never seen. And that's just the teacher. There's no such thing as a good day for these students. It's relative. A good day in their world is when their mom packs a half smoked menthol in with their butter sandwich. With a little luck we'll get some Richard Bachman "Rage" shit.

It probably wouldn't make a lengthy Q&A, but the stories would be fantastic. Tard Blog was always my favorite Rudius site. You're never hurting for content working with disturbed kids.

There's the answer to whoever wanted to know what it's like to run a message board. Don't get me started on the WDT.

Oh, C'mon! The WDT is like a 360 degree driving range full of drunk short bus kids on a field trip.

    Why even bother moderating that?

Well, I don't see an "Ask a whore" option. I'm offended.

I picked home schooled and the female tat/piercer. I picked the second because I know she's got to have stories of sticking sharp things into dicks, therefore making some of the guys cross your legs and squirm.

No way man. Like my Mother, I don't deal well with the sight of blood. When I caught my hand in the shake machine at the DQ she had to leave the hospital room or she was going to faint.

And, I think the homeschooled option would be gold. Hmmm...maybe we could change that to "Ask a Mormon or Baptist", same difference right?

I voted for ask a bouncer, but I didn't notice we had two votes. Second would have gone to tattoo.

I think the bouncer, teacher, definitely the tattoo artist, and potentially the pick up artist has the most potential.
