Confirmed that Hulk Hogan has passed away at 71. What Juice said above., I might be surprised he lived this long.
King of the Hill regular and some kind of musician Chuck Mangione. https://www.rochesterfirst.com/ente...d-rochester-native-chuck-mangione-dead-at-84/
If Hogan only had died about twenty or so years ago, perhaps a shred of his legacy and dignity would be still intact. At only point he starred in Hollywood-backed movies and was on the cover of Sports Illustrated for a non-sport. the dude was THUNDER LIPS. The ultimate male. ….then, enter all his lies and horrific ego being called out. His manipulation of pro wrestling. His refusal to go away. His shitty family. Here is a very entertaining listen on just some of the outrageous lies and hoaxes he came up with, told with delight by a man who has loved to vilify him over the years (Jim Cornette):
WKRP was amazing. https://www.ctvnews.ca/entertainmen...he-hit-tv-series-wkrp-in-cincinnati-has-died/
From what little I've seen of him from YT clips, he seemed like a super empathetic, down to earth judge that really brought the compassionate human element into the courtroom. The one I remember most was of some 75+ year old man who got a traffic ticket of some kind, and it came out that he was the sole caregiver of his son who was going through cancer treatment, and the father was driving him every day to that treatment. It was heartbreaking how sincere the old man was, the pain he was in looking after his son, and the sacrifice he was making doing so. I think the whole courtroom was in tears and the judge basically said, "sir, please consider it dismissed, with my thanks". It was just the right thing to do, and he did it.
Yeah he showed some real humanity to people showing up traffic court instead of being a jaded dick like every other traffic/probate court judge. Popular guy in this area. Judge David Fleischer is another one I really like. Suffers no bullshit.
Yep. Courtroom drama is my guilty pleasure, along with Sovereign Citizen bullshit, so I get a ton of that in my YT feed daily. Fleischer and his bowtie feature prominently. Compassionate but not afraid to smack down those who deserve it.
At first I thought the guy was just being an animated douchebag for the camera, but it seems like really gets upset when someone just keeps fucking their life up. Like the guy a lot. Saw one where he took a prosecutor to task for charging some black guy for walking by a crime scene on a sidewalk.
Fletcher is a real guy and not a character? I thought that was a put--upon YouTube show, nothing about it seems real when I watched it. He dresses like Pee-wee Herman and doesn’t let cops blow smoke up his ass. That can’t be real. I’m used to celebrity judges in America being complete abject retards, a la Joe Brown.
