Almost five decades in prison is satisfactory too. While the world went on, he sat there and rotted, never seeing any of the money he “made” in t-shirt sales and movie likenesses. Amazing how a hibitual drug user and 100 pound weakling survived over 45 years in a shithole. He was in jail a lot longer than Mandela.
I saw some show on the prison he was kept in. They'd find little artwork items he'd sneak out and have sold on eBay. They had this scorpion made of yarn he had stolen (fairly neat looking handcraft item). Odd to think he wasn't just babbling all day and smearing his poo on the wall.

There's going to be a lot of bummed out 60 year old women. Quite often I get a front row seat watching old ladies humiliate themselves in front of Donny Osmond. It's a sight that has to be seen to be believed, I have no idea how he's stayed so grounded and normal going through pretty much his whole life with that sort of adulation.

I always get a little sad when porn stars die like this. Just because their whole lives amount to merely scrolling forward to get to the good parts and then closing the browser in shame.
Well that sucks. I initially bought Refuge Denied because the band I played in was also called Sanctuary and thought it was cool to see "Our" name on an album. I was pleasantly surprised. Battle Angels was an awesome song.
