Well we haven't had a goal line back for years. It'd be nice not to throw it on 4th and 1 for once. He was a 1,000 yard rusher once. He might still have something in the tank.

Can't believe my 49ers got Lattimore in the 4th. He should have been a late second round pick (or higher, if you ignore his injuries). That's a steal for them.

Well, we've got one pick that I'm hyped about (Doug Collins, absolutely ridiculous athlete, 41" vertical) and one I've got no clue about (Duran who?). Guess that's par for the course.

So let's get them out of the way early so we can gloat (or not) later. Pick your Division winners, Conference winners and Super Bowl winner.

It would appear that the readers of NFL.com also agree that Seattle is the superb Owl.

Urlacher decided not to sign with another team:

Maybe Dan Snyder should hire Theismann, cause he's dumb and arrogant enough to think a plan like this might work...

    <a class="postlink" href="http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/9317790/joe-theismann-sees-potential-nfl-qb-lebron-james" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/93177 ... bron-james</a>

Seriously, that statement about 38-39 year old QBs and LBJ still "having time" could be the most asinine thing you read all week.

Speaking of, who the FUCK keeps asking Joe Namath's opinion on anything?

Tebow sucks. Jets suck. Sanchez doest suck.

Somebody please remind Joe that he sucked.

Nope, rooting even harder. TEEEEEEEEBBBBBBBBOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWW! We now have football God and Football Jesus! The Patriots current skill with the holy halo of Tim Tebow? We shall not be stopped. We will become unstoppable. I can't wait for Simmons to write 10,000 words.

You know, I don't think there's a better team in the league for Tebow. The Pats have some good development history, and Belichick likes versatile players who can line up anywhere he wants them to.

I think Tebow is a terrible starting quarterback, but he's a good athlete.

"CBS has said that Tebow will 'study a great deal at tight end.'"

Preparing for a season of no Gronk.

    Pretty much.

On a serious note, Daniel Jeremiah is a great person to follow on Twitter. He's a former NFL scout and regularly posts great insight on current and incoming players.

I hate posting after you because you're pretty much the face of nouveau bullshit Pat fans who didn't give a shit when we were deciding between a decrepit Grogan and Tony Eason and were really considering starting Zolak before for some reason Parcells came along and drafted Bledsoe. Go away. I remember Pat Patriot and drafting assholes like Leonard fucking Russell.

Well Tebow is certainly not afraid of contact although I have no clue how his hands are. People are talking about the wildcat opportunities, but it's one thing to run the wildcat when your QB is Chad Henne, quite another when you're taking snaps away from Brady. As far as a TE role Jake Ballard looks good so he'll probably be the #2 while Hernandez takes the #1 spot. He might find a role as an H-Back or FB. I hope he works out, I like the guy, I just hope that Belichick isn't trying to get too cute.
