Except Lance Moore is injured too. But NO pops out Wide Receivers like Octomom did kids. Anyone else excited about this Texans Colts games? I heard they hired a homeless man to QB the Colts. How depressed are you if you're Curtis P?

Do you know what time it is? Because I do.

I know the season technically started 3 days ago, but we all know football always starts on Sunday.

Good luck though. The NFL is very diligent about sending out C&D's and gets them shut down pretty quickly.

The best method is to find someone (usually on Twitter) who streams your favorite team in a password protected justin.tv room.

Poor Sam Bradford. He was doing a good job soldiering on through this game, but there's practically no pocket, and no one wants to catch the damn ball.

So Michael Turner didn't get the memo that the "Lockout" meant there still could be football and he should buy 3 trucks of Budweiser and a Dominos pizza store to delivery exclusively to his house. Or has he always been this fat?

I hope so. Everybody knows it's some pussy shit. That barrel roll that Cobb did was ridiculous, though.

Call it a hunch, but I have a feeling the Ravens want to win the AFC North.

It is obvious to me you did not watch the Cincinnati game in that case.

Rewind to Buffalo Wild Wings, around 4:30 ET. I turned to my friend (paraphrased): "You know, I kind of hope Cam Newton just goes off. Like, 30-for-35, 400 passing yards, 5 TDs, an interception..."

Obviously, I was exaggerating a bit, but there was a lining of truth to what I said. Then about 5 minutes ago, I found out what actually happened, and started laughing. Wow.

You really have to applaud Tony Romo for going out of his way to find ways to lose games, even Tommy Rees is impressed.

Oh, that's so cute. I'm sorry, but beating up on the browns doesn't prove the bengals have a good football team. Teams are happy when they get to play the bengals. The ravens don't see them as anything more than two easy wins on their schedule. Cincy will struggle to be 8-8, and even that's pushing it. You're a bit a delusional if you think they can actually win their division. If you want to believe in something believe in a high draft pick because that's about all they can hope for. \

In other news I'm laughing pretty hard at the bears blowing out the falcons. This shouldn't come as a surprise to people, but for some reason everyone thinks the bears are terrible when they've proven they have a good team. As a packer fan they're one of the few teams that actually worry me. Few defenses have an answer for Rodgers and the bears are one of them. I'm happy for Detroit too, it's good to see them get some wins now that they finally have talent. It's going to be a tough division this year. I mean, it's not like we get to play Cincy twice.

Being a Broncos fan, we have another tough year in store. I was so happy when we got rid of Shananigans. The last laugh, as always, is apparently on me.

I'm still pissed over the Cutler/Marshall trades. Back then, at least Denver had an offense. Now they're just offensive.

Go team. Rah. I'm crying a little bit.

I like this guy Tom Brady, I'm kind a fan.

You have to give it to Rex Grossman, you know he was as happy as shit after that game, but he made sure to manage expectations "It was just one win, a good win, but just win." Rex, I'm watching you...fumble two snaps in the Superbowl...I'm fucking watching you.

Yeah, on to Rookie Quarterbacks...Joe Flacco had a great game. Wait, he's been in the league how long? No way! There is nothing more depressing than the ginger QB doing way better than anyone thought then getting injured.

Cam Newton is going to do well for 1 primary reason...he believes he's going to do great. Nothing you, I, or anyone can tell that motherfucker to convince him he won't be God in the NFL. He will play accordingly. Steve Smith already loves him, and that's all he needs.

    Let's see...

People have plenty of good reason to be critical of Grossman. However, he seems to be one of those guys who is guaranteed to have 3-5 games a season where he just lights up the scoreboard with 300+ yards and 3TDs. Nevertheless, he's also guaranteed to have 2-4 games where he has 2 picks and a fumble while going 13-30. I think the Shanny is finally getting the ground game in Washington to his liking, which will benefit Grossman. Let's see how he does against a defense that wasn't hit pretty hard by injuries this pre-season however.

    Donovan McNabb, HAHAHA.

The longer Manning is out for the Colts, the darker things look. More troubling however, is that this team looked so out of it, even his return might not be enough to push them into the playoffs over Houston.

The Steelers just looked bad. You could tell Baltimore really wanted to twist the knife in that game. I was rather surprised as I thought the Steelers would come out of the gate better than most teams because their team was mostly intact from what it was last year and would be less affected by the lack of OTA's and such. Most disappointing of all is that people are on Joe Flacco's jock for this victory. I could put a monkey with Down Syndrome in a purple jersey and he could win a game if the other team gave away the ball 7 times and he had Ray Rice in the backfield.

Tom Brady is Alexander the Great.

I've never seen anyone just play with the defense like that. He out-Peyton'd Peyton.

Gotta love the Vikes pisssing a winnable game away. Sitting on that 10 point halftime lead was a great idea, huh, Fraiser? So how'd that work out for you? Great defensive adjustments too; Rivers threw for 335 yards and about 250 of them came on medium throws over the middle. And fuck, McNabb? Is he really that washed up?

Gonna be another long year for the 5-11 Vikings.
