Got into my masters program, such a relief, I've been unemployed for longer than I care and lying about it to my friends for the entire time (I did a Simpsons and pretended I had a job, not hard really, just have to be consistent) for that long as well. Is anyone else having problems with youtube the past few days? It is driving me bonkers. I'm trying to watch a video right now and I get nothing. I randomly went to CNN and started watching one of their videos, played just fine.
The mother in law is here to pick up el husband's little brother for the weekend. I am "peeing." Whatever. El husband is also hiding so I don't feel too wussy. Today, for the first time ever, I took a nap with my doggie in an actual bed. Comfiest experience ever. It'll never happen again but I figured what the hell, it isn't our bed, and I was cold as hell. It was only like 58* in the house but even with a blanket and warm body next to me, my toes and fingers were ice, and the warm body next to me wasn't crazy about my putting my hands in his armpits and other crevices.
If I remember right, that's one of her neighbors from growing up. Apparantly, she's just a good person.
Not that I pretend to know anything about any famous folk, but she is one of my favorites. Seems to have a sense of humor and not take herself too seriously. And when she fell on the stairs on the way to get her Oscar, I felt like we were soulmates. Well, minus the Oscar thing, that totally would have been me.
