    There was a series of famous photographs of kids working in textile mills in Georgia. I'll have to hunt those down . . .

    There was also a short-lived BBC series about it that was pretty interesting.

    It's amazing how far we've come in the last hundred years.

    Ah, yes. Lewis Hine was the photographer. I believe his series of photographs was instrumental in getting the child labor laws changed.

    I finally finished build the duck coop. Once this rain stops I'm gonna have a nice stogie while I burn off the scrap wood pieces and relax.

    And then tomorrow I gotta start building out my son's room. The wife has decided to turn our guest room into his bedroom and his bedroom into his play room. On the plus side, this means we'll never have to deal with guests again. On the negative side, I got some work to do building shelves and crap.

    Is it football time yet?

    Hate to be a buzzkill, but as the website (and the previous WDT) points out, last Sunday was Go Topless Day.

    And can anybody point me to the specific amendment in the constitution that guarantees me the right to bear (bare) chest?
